The transportation crew was so friendly and the only issue was the communication skills with English language. "hotel en excelente ubicación, cerca de estación de metro allende que nos permitió movernos fácilmente, las de recepción muy amables en todo momento, otra cosa que nos gustó es que hay varias opciones para comer al rededor, así como farmacias y bancos, el único detalle es que en el control de la tv, un botón no funcionaba del todo por lo que se nos hizo un poco molesto, pero en general todo bien, y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita :)"
