"Love staying at Greystone Inn and Suites. Every employee is always so friendly, welcoming, helpful and make you feel like you’re part of their family. The ladies in housekeeping do an excellent job of cleaning the hotel itself and keeping the guests rooms smelling and looking great and keeping them stocked. I can tell by that that these ladies take pride in the hotel. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and actually smile while they are checking you in. I’ve stayed there so many times now that they know me by name and that means a great deal to me. Seems to me that Mr. Lumpkin hired a great group of ladies to clean and run the front desk and the hotel. Keep up the great job ladies. You all are doing an awesome job! Thank you, Kerri Leach"

"Bathroom outlet does not work, bathroom lighting poor, shower gets water all over(a lake) be cause frame straight curtain curved,, tv a mess with two remotes, never called on wake up call. Reception clerk wonderful at check in"

"The person working the breakfast everyone morning was wonderful. She was very engaging and she remembered our grandson the second day and asked him how he enjoyed the ballgame the previous and talked with him about it. She was great and the food was great. "
