"We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay again. Perfectly situated close to the subway and was a quiet serene oasis at the end of the day in bustling Tokyo where we could relax in the zen garden or get a rejuvenating massage in the massage chairs provided. The only minor issue is that the gym is quite lacking with only cardio equipment and nothing for strength training but if that’s not important to you the hotel is perfect. "

"Hotel inside was aesthetically pleasing, woth fountains inside giving a soothing effect. View of Tokyo tower from room was stunning. Room was large- had 3 comfortable beds for family of 3. Very clean, special ladies and men care kit, Buffet on 33 rd floor was very good Japanese and western options. Japanese breakfast was in basement floor was quaint. Lawsons convenience store in the basement was a big plus too. Shibakoen station for subway walking distance.Very safe neighborhood. "

"Visited TeamLabs , there is a shuttle bus from Ginza Six , which is just beside the Hotel. Very convenient to all the shopping places "

"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again. "
