It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food...

"This place says it can comfortably sleep 3, but neither the mattress nor futon were comfortable. Great location, and it was very clean, but would not stay here again unless the mattress or futon were updated. We were excited to leave to sleep in more comfortable beds."

"The 2 twin beds were too small for a family of 4. They should not have posted for 4 persons. One of the beds has lots of quirky sound from the bed frame and the mattess perhaps need a change as the spring is lob sided .The mirror has water mark in the bath room."

"This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight...
