"The Shell Castle his hands down the most creative and artistic place we have ever stayed. It is beyond what I could describe with all the shells, stone work and mirrors. It was like staying on a movie set. Hilda the property manager is superb and available for any needs we may have had. All the bases were covered. "The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived. My 9 year old son was locked in for 2 hours. The only concern the property owner had was if his door was damaged. He did not refund my deposit back. I left the house cleaner than before we arrived. The washer didn’t work. The oven doesn’t work. The listing is not what ut seems"

"We loved our stay at Solimar. Our host, Juan was quick to respond to our requests. The place was immaculate in a great location. The pool & open area were fabulous! The only thing was that the pool was out of order for 2 weeks & at the price we paid, we would have liked to get a bit of a refund."

"The house is very nice but did have issues. No hot water in upstairs shower, no heat from unit in upstairs bedroom. Pet friendly but yard is not secure (I should have asked about this). Very noisy neighborhood, especially neighbors dog. Never received wifi password after asking multiple times."

"The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. We had an issue finding the house and I was unaware that the entrance instructions were in the VRBO app, but the manager was very responsive, even later at night so that we could find the house and get in. The manager was also very responsive when I let her know that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not working, and neither was the disposal. She sent a person to fix those things and then demanded that our animals were no longer...
