"The hotel has a stylish lobby with a really cool marble fireplace on the second floor, a nice spot to hang out, and that exits onto a pedestrian walking area. Conveniently, a Frye’s grocery is across the street. There are numerous restaurants just steps away. Chico Malo was wonderful upscale Mexican food, beautiful and delicious. "The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were a great weight! The air conditioning was perfect! We had an issue with the first room they put us in, smelled smoky and they switched us to another room instantly! We just assumed being in AZ that they would have a pool and spa and unbelievably they didn't have a pool or a spa. But that was on me, I didn't ask, I just assumed :( The staff was so nice and helpful! Very clean and perfect!"
