"The property was honestly convenient and served its purpose. The area is trying to be revitalized, but it’s not in the best shape. If you are trying to sleep past 6 AM during the week, do not book because you will get woken up by construction across the street. Also, I would suggest potentially adding some type of blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom because as soon as that sun rises it’s very bright. "

"We had a great stay at the Biltmore Gem! The location was amazing. We have some runners in our family and they were able to run next to the canal in the morning. We were also near restaurants and shopping. The condominium was clean and spacious, check in instructions were clear, and the outdoor deck off the living room was such a peaceful place to relax. This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had...

"Stayed at this property for a couple weeks in early November 2024. Nice, quiet, and clean community. Location is excellent and allows for walking to an abundance of restaurants and neighborhood trails. It did not hurt that the weather was perfect the entire time."
