"We booked this for a ski getaway. We have 4 kids so needed a ski in/out location for ease. Sharon was very responsive in answering our questions. The location was great for what we needed. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend. For those who are wondering- it’s a fast walk to the top of the lift and then you can ski down the mountain via a blue or a green trail. Very convenient. It was close and we were able to go back to the place for lunch between skiing."

"Our issue was not with The Suites at Hershey but with the booking. We booked in February for a stay in July. Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. They were able to re-book a different unit at the same property, but it was for just two nights. The communication during this process was terrible.
