"I was disappointed that the front desk was not staffed much of the time; when it was, the woman was also carrying an infant. I needed a copy of my bill. Still don't have it, two days later. I also could not find a local news/weather channel. Seems like that should be easier to find. Overall, the property was in good condition (with the exception of a broken lamp in my room); the rooms are nicely appointed. "The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasteless and cold. Restaurant opened at 7am on Sunday as stated on door entrance...but large poster in hotel lobby states 6am. When fact was mentioned to staff they answered, "yes, it needs to be updated." We had paid for 2 breakfast meals expecting the 6am opening. As a result my husband had to miss his meal as he had to leave for an early meeting. Disappointing. "

"The hotel was convenient to local restaurants, shopping, and the interstate when traveling. The room was very nice and quiet. It was also clean and the beds/pillows were so comfortable."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff. The night we stayed they had a water main break but they kept us updated throughout the process. They had to close their restaurants so that was disappointing because The Trophy Room was why we stayed there. Appreciated the 11amxheckput!"

"I truly enjoyed staying here. They gave me a complimentary upgrade which was nice after a long day of working. The facility was clean, breakfast was great and the staff were extremely friendly. Both nights I got in at 1am from work and the night desk gentleman always turned the lights on for me to grab some food. When I checked out the morning desk attendant kept me company while eating breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. "
