"The staff, including Melissa and Cecily, were awesome! I'm not sure what the gentleman's name was that took our cooler upstairs and filled it with ice, but he was so thoughtful. (The downstairs ice machine was down) The breakfast hostess was amazing and we really enjoyed talking with her. "

There were two things that were disappointing... the breakfast that I paid extra for was far from worth paying for... and the second thing was the incidentals charge was doubled! Other than those two things it was great!!"
