"This place was so amazing! We came for our nephew's wedding just a block away so we could walk to it. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the property manager gave us a history lesson of Laurel. The bunnies running around the back yard were fun and porch swings were great to sit out on. House is incredibly sturdy as we had a storm that we barely felt."

"The cottage was decorated so cute and was convenient to the downtown area. Everything was clean and had all the conveniences of home. The cottage would have been perfect, but the neighborhood is a little questionable with some suspicious foot/bicycle traffic in the evening time. One evening we walked to dinner, but felt uncomfortable walking back, so we drove the rest of the time. I might been more comfortable with my husband, but this was a girls trip. "We needed a place to stay with pets. Place served us well but it is a garage/building turned into a cottage. So if you don’t mind that and need a place to crash between ball games it works great! Hosts responded very well! "

"Starkville is the halfway point to a lot of my travel (as I am a traveling nurse) and I lucked up on this gem! Mostly I stay in hotels and recent have been missing the luxury or home cooked meals and just overall privacy. So when booked it could not have came at a better time. I loved this location. Matt and Micheal were awesome as well and instantly answered any questions I had. I will definitely book again. Not to mention the ease of getting to stores and MSU! "

"The only thing I seen that one might complain of was the wifi. Our phones couldnt find the wifi but it was definitely not that big of a deal to us, so we didnt even reach out to the manager/owner about it. At&t signal is decent enough even inside the cottage that our cell phones worked just fine when needed. Use this place to disconnect, unplug and enjoy being in a very rual environment. Very clean and well kept up inside and out."
