Fantastic veranda to relax and watch the river flow by, bird life, swans, and jumping fish!!.Kids able to access canoe, kayak, access 2 lakes easily.Also amazing park, good for all ages including tween/teens just down the road.Range of life jackets available. "This property was absolutely lovely. Had all the utensils and equipment we could possibly need. Only recommendation would be for fat sorb to be added to the bbq to prevent flare ups. Loved sitting on the balcony having a game of uno and a bevy. Great place for a family gathering. It's hard to find a place to house the 7 of us and we had plenty of room."

"Main house was lovely & serviced our needs entirely. The large balcony provided plenty of space & comfort over looking the property. The kitchen had every thing we needed. The pool was awesome & lots of fun was had. Our only issues was that one of the beds in caravan near shed had broken slats & could not sleep on it & neither vans were air conditoned. Also, we understand the house is tank water but it was discoloured & we would not drink it. Also dryer not working. Apart from these small...

"the owners have done an amazing job with this home. It's got everything you need for a holiday and is walking distance to North Avoca beach. This is a blessing when you have kids! The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is so good after a hot day in summer.Hope to come back again soon!"

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property.
