"Great location for our purpose. Pool was not open but they did offer use of a nearby pool. That didn’t work for us, but was nice of them. Renovations were happening on nearly every floor and elevators sometimes took awhile to get. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint is that almost everyone staying there was attending the same event that we were, but despite that fact they did not adjust their breakfast or bar hours of operation to make it available to most of us. "

"We came to the city for my daughter’s wedding hair and makeup trial and decided to enjoy the city for the night! This hotel was beautiful, rooms were so comfy and spacious, front desk staff gave us great recommendations for room service choices and they were spot on food was amazing!!! A wonderful stay! Sleep so good and would definitely stay again!"

"Super friendly staff. Turquoise was wonderfully friendly & funny. She checked us in 45 minutes early on a super busy Friday. Check out staff was also friendly & funny; kudos to the trainee who helped. Accommodations were entirely acceptable. Room wasn't out of date but wasn't too fancy or modern. Nice 20th floor view. Happy to see a mini fridge under the TV. No USB charge ports in standard room. Shower was pretty bare bones for a hotel. I love the fancier showers when I stay somewhere, so, a...
