"It was very clean and comforting. It was quiet. I loved the help-yourself snack and drink bar...large selection of teas. The large jetted bathtub in my room was very relaxing. Self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was no fuss and the property is lovely. The bed could have been a little more comfortable in the Santa Barbara room. Great selection of items for a continental breakfast. I will most definitely stay again. "

"The only issue we had with our stay is that the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete! It was the HARDEST mattress I've ever slept on, to the point that I had bruises on my hip and shoulder after just two nights. "
