"3 day weekend. A. Great kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We were able to cook a lot. Fun. Upstairs was huge. Living area with a TV and a separated bedroom area. Nice bathroom as well. If the weather had been nicer (warmer) it is 1/2 a block from the Roger Williams park so a great place for walks and/or bike rides. Walgreens & CVS at the beginning of the street. Close to lots of things. We will be back again. TY to Steve for a great place and making things easy."

"The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep. "

"A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean."

"My 4 children and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved the fact that our dogs could come too so our family didn't feel incomplete. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra towels for us. The board games were a great addition, we didn't get a chance to use the firepit but plan on booking again to use it!"

"We stayed here because our daughter was in the hospital in Fall River. We started out in Somerset which was closer, but we had to move to Bristol after needing to extend our stay. Even though it was farther, it is as an easier drive. The town is quaint and we could walk to several restaurants and a convenience store. It was clean and had everything we needed. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the lake house. We rented the house to visit with family in the area. The location is very close to Gillette Stadium and convenient to many restaurants. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I loved the thoughtfulness of the coffee bar and snacks! The home was well stocked with everything we needed, such as trash bags, paper towels, dish wash and those start up items. We would definitely stay here again. "We absolutely loved our stay! We had a bunch of activities in mind to explore the area when we arrived. After waking up to the amazingly peaceful view we decided to spend the entire first day lounging. It was a much needed respite and such a cozy space. Our kids (11 & 14) loved having the loft space to themselves. They slept in, they had their own version of lounging, and they even interacted with each other more than usual!"

"The house was fantastic, clean, nicely decorated and felt like home. There were throw blankets throughout which was nice on a snowy day. The host had s nice neighbor come by and shovel the drive. But to mention, left something in the house and said neighbor/groundskeeper let me back in to get it. Plan to book again in April and may! Loved the house and lived the neighborhood!"

You can see the lake from every room in the house, and the owners provide everything you might need. If you’re looking for a cozy slice of life on the lake, this is it! "
