"When I checked in, I was informed that I was booked for two rooms and that my credit card had been charged. I called, and a Hotels.com representative said she only saw one room charge. With these conflicting accounts, I became very anxious about being overcharged. I am unclear how this confusion occurs. I would like an explanation."

Jackson, the Manager was amazing when asked if our Granddaughter could have some friends over for her birthday to swim in the pool. We will stay here whenever we are in the Springs."

"The Kinship Landing hotel is super cute, cozy and staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days in a jr queen and it was perfect for two. The room is small, but because of the layout we never felt crowded. We loved the restaurant downstairs and the public areas to sit and visit. Will definitely be back. "
