THIS HOME FEATURES A BRAND NEW KITCHEN WITH GRAY CABINETS, BLACK GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES (INCLUDING A DISHWASHER). THERE IS ALL NEW PAINT THROUGHOUT THE HOME, REFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS AND FRESHLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS. THE FULL DINING ROOM SITS 6 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. THIS HOUSE ALSO HAS A BONUS TV ROOM.

THE HOUSE INCLUDES A NEW FURNACE AND CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A WASHER/DRYER AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE.

THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY IS A QUICK 15 MINUTES AWAY, AND COLORADO COLLEGE IS ABOUT 7 BLOCKS (A 10 MINUTE WALK). THERE IS A PARK WITH BIKE/RUNNING TRAILS 1 BLOCK AWAY.

This house is perfect for a stay in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and had just the right amount of space for our family of three while visiting our daughter there. And the location was perfect for walking to eat and shop downtown.

This is a super cute house, very clean (one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), tastefully decorated, and well stocked (spices, cooking oil, towels, hot tub towels). We loved being able to walk downtown for lunch & shopping.

Love this house!
We love this house and area of Colorado Springs. This is the 3rd of 4th time we have stayed at this home because Ana is fantastic and the location can't be beat. It is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in the downtown area, yet on a secluded, neighborhood street.

The location was great...we are CC parents and the walk to campus as well as to downtown was a breeze! The house had everything one could need...the kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the backyard with bbq and hot tub. Wish we could get this house or others in the court for CC graduation!
