"The hotel was gorgeous! Our room was practically a one bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. We did not stay on the club floors. The only issue I had was with the Sky Bar. The views are splendid while the prices are "Sky High"! 1700 Baht for a 4 oz glass of wine. Go up for the views but have a cocktail elsewhere. We didn't eat at the restaurants because there prices were high as well. I will say the breakfast which was included in the price of the room, was exceptional! Would...

"Pros: Shuttle boats and boat tours are convenient to access. Pool & lounge area was relaxing. Neighborhood felt safe and was walkable. Breakfast buffet was really great…don’t miss the Thai cuisine outside! Tons of food options at the hotel itself and surrounding area. Cons: Room wasn’t very clean and smelled musty and of urine at times. "

"Make no mistake, the Davis is great value and most staff really do their best. Over the years it has become a little tired. However, services and staffing have improved since Covid. New furniture at the pool is terrible. Pool area needs a refresh and redesign. Smoking at the pool might be something to reconsider, either that or don’t allow children. "Madly deeply in love with Banyan Tree. Amazing property and beautiful place. Very lovely people and I love the saffron restaurant. Amazing food and view. Breakfast is amazing and all special diets are being taking care of. I also liked the staff there. At the front desk there is a very sweet person called Annie. Loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer in every room; the gym, sauna, hot tub, and steam room; the round-the-clock speedy service; the spotless cleanliness; and the reasonably priced room service options. I even enjoyed their lobby coffee! I’d happily choose GCP again. "

"Excellent stay! Enjoyed everything about it. Convenient location near the park and public transportation. All of the staff were amazing and very kind. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future when in Bangkok. I especially enjoyed using the pool and gym facilities. Can recommend. 👍"
