"Nice to place to stay with college aged kids. Bathrooms in each room and the common area were both nice. Close proximity to parking once we found the shortcut. Walls and ceiling were a little thin, could hear everything in other rooms and upstairs but didn't bother us. Were there for a Clemson visit & proximity to campus was great. "The apartment was just as described. It was clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Easy parking and a short commute to downtown activities. Tammy, the manager, was easy to communicate with and sent superb directions to the apartment and the security system. I would definitely stay again when in Gteenville!"
