"We had an incredible stay and Winnie and Reto were attentive hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Fred the driver was fantastic and a lovely tour guide. The villa was beautiful, well-equipped, spacious and clean, and the condo community is quiet and safe. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach club and restaurant. The golf cart was a great addition as it made it easy for us to go to the beach, tennis courts and park. The grocery store down the street is well-stocked. The location is about 20 minutes from the major resorts depending on traffic, and we enjoyed a day at the Baha Mar water park. The Palm Cay community itself is very quiet which was perfect for us, but if you are looking for nightlife the Pink Octopus restaurant is the only option but I did see people enjoying cocktails etc. The marina is very beautiful and we loved walking around in the afternoon checking out the boats and grabbing a smoothie or coffee from the coffee shop. The pool outside the villa is small but very convenient. It is literally steps from the door so if you have toddlers this is a consideration as you would need to be vigilant. Overall we had a lovely vacation and would recommend this villa. Thank you Reto and Winnie! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s beautiful house. We were looking for a house away from downtown and the nice pool & quiet beach across the street were both a hit with my family. Additional features worth mentioning include great views from the decks/porch, 3 bathrooms (including 1 on first floor), and decent snorkeling right in front of house. We also leveraged Shawn’s driver service. It was more expensive than a rental car, but it made for a convenient experience getting around the island. "

Keep in mind, access to the resort amenities requires an additional fee(that was not clearly stated in the listing).I recommend renting a car unless you plan to remain on the property for the duration of your stay. It is approximately 30 minutes from popular tourist destinations. "

"Our family of 7 stayed here for the second time now. It truly is a hidden gem. The home is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself including AC!My 5 year old spent her days playing in the sand and "doggy paddling" in the shallow calm waters.I myself brought along my paddle board and ventured out to slightly deeper waters to snorkel and explore.Highlights were seeing a nurse shark, many turtles, sting rays, and starfish.My family plans on making this a family tradition as many memories were made.Thanks again for an amazing vacation."
