"Beautiful, spacious, well equiped condo on the beach, check. Condo close to the cafe, outside bar and restaurant, check. Condo close to the workout facility, check (although there is a cost for the outdoor bar and workout facility we thought it was worth two in our group that excersised to pay the fee). Jet ski, paddleboard and kayak rental right on the beach, check (we rented some jet skis at Paradise Beach close to Atlantis but the units at Palm Cay were superior and Paulie who rented them to us at Palm Cay was a cool guy). Supermarket and liquor store a short drive from the condo, check. Driving on the left side of the road was a trip and you may not need a car but we were pleased we rented one just for our short trips to the store. Worth renting this unit again, check!"

"Everything from the beginning was super. Meredith was amazing. She sent us a very detail information about the property, how to get there and recommendations to places to eat and visit. She also offered her help for booking a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We didn’t rent a car so we call the same driver Colette to take us to different places. She is great. Meridith also arranged to have food delivered to the house before we got there as we were arriving very late. Impressive customer service. The house was comfortable and the beach in front of the property was beautiful and the ocean was lots of fun for the kids. We had a memorable stay that will not be forgotten. "

"I stayed at this property because I was getting a dive certification across the street at Stuart’s Cove Dive Shop. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Good restaurant and bar on site. On the water with a very private beach and walking trails nearby. "

"The property was just as advertised. Private, low-key, and great for groups and young families. The kitchen was well-stocked but in the rare occurrences that we needed something (like coffee filters or a lighter for the grill), Shawn was super-responsive. And if you're considering renting a car vs. hiring Shawn's car service (given the location, you'll want one or the other), we opted for the service and was one of the best decisions we made. A little more expensive than renting but infinitely more convenient, all things considered. Overall great experience, we look forward to coming back soon."

"From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed by Tiffany. The house was perfect. There were 7 in our group adults and children. We all had our own space and never felt crowded. The view from this house was breathtaking. You could jump in the ocean right from the back deck. The pool was great for the kids. We felt very safe staying here. Thank you Tiffany for allowing us to use your beautiful place for our home away from home while we explored the Bahamas. "

"We took our three adult sons, one daughter in law and two soon to be daughters in law to the Bahamas this past week (January 17-22). It was a perfect place for a group of 8 adults with plenty of space for everyone. The villa was very nice and had a huge and well stocked kitchen. We loved that it had a beautiful pool and beach area to relax and enjoy without all the busyness of some of the resort areas. Michael was very easy to contact to answer any questions we had or address any issues. We would love to go back and stay there again! "
