"Sami stayed late past his shift to make sure we arrived in shuttle alright and what else we may need. From before booking, he responded to my inquiries immediately and helped me arranged for the shuttle pickup, confirmed pick up for the hot air balloon ride, and then reserving rooms. Other staffs at breakfast were attentive, foods were fresh and tasty, water offered throughout the day, and they invited us to hang out in the office area while waiting for the taxi ride back to airport which he also set up for us.
