Overall I love this place and always go back despite any negative experiences Check in was terrible. that reception no idea what is an online booking so i had to give her my phone with booking confirmation not she even understood that. I specifically requested to check in early as I has an event starting at 1pm at the hotel and i need to shower and dress for event. the receptionist instead of checking of a room is available first gave me a lecture how early check ins aren't allowed, but will check with her supervisor, which is what she ought to have done in the first place instead of making up her own responses."
