"Me and my partner enjoyed the property very much so. It was quiet at night but could hear one of the neighbors close by which was not an issue as you could not visually see them. The layout of the pool and hot tub were nice. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool as it was freezing but we hope to come back when its more Texas Summer to get the most out of the pool. Boerne is a great little town but this house is just a perfect house for 2-4 adults to unwind and enjoy each other! The house was well equipped for a weekend and very clean and stylishly updated!! "

The screened porch was a comfortable place to watch the deer (11!) and hummingbirds, redbirds, and finches. The kitchen was modern and well stocked for our meals together.
