"The house is beautiful. Everything is in perfect condition and is exceptionally clean. All the post-ski joys are here, including cozy gas fireplace, pristine hot tub, and perfect mix of games in the game room. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are dreamy--this place has it all. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!"

"The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."

"The home is wonderful and airy. Plenty of space for people to relax and enjoy. The huge screened porch is a standout, as is the short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!"

"We traveled with three families over New Years. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked, and hot tub was nice. Very close to Sunday River. I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. "

"We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. It helps that it's brand new but it was just really well designed and well stocked. They thought of all the details like period products in the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. They even have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. "This home was perfect for our group of 13, there was more than enough beds for the 4 families and gave adults and kids their own space. Communicating with owners was super easy and they are exceptionally responsive! Definitely worth it and will consider again! "
