"The room heater wasn't working when we first arrived but they switched us and everything was near perfect after that. Breakfast was great."

"Heater unit in room was off and window was open (12/28/24),it was very cold and took several hours to warm the room. Mold/dirt/ripped drywal/ urine stains on wall in bath. Rest of the room was fairly clean. 1/2 size pillows Hotels.com would not allow photos to be uploaded...."
