"Amazing space and gracious hosts - we were picked up after arriving by train by Luigi and Emanuela, who gave us a quick tour of town and oriented us to the apartment. The place is so lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculate. Truly one of our best rental experiences ever. Nothing to critique or complain about here. Orvieto is a charming town and this apartment is the best place to stay. Book it!"

"The apartment was in an excellent location and met our needs very well with the exception of the kitchen, which had only a 2-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a traditional toaster (no microwave or oven). Paola was very responsive and helpful--we felt that we were in good hands. We parked at the structure on Via Roma, which was easy to find and use, and a reasonable walking distance to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay."

"We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. "We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with some lovely antiques. The surrounding grounds, olive orchard and view are also beautiful. We had lots of rain, and especially enjoyed the covered patio—which allowed us to be outdoors and enjoy the view without getting wet! I like to cook while traveling, and appreciated the spacious kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and serving platters. The location is also great for getting to walks through...

"Valerie was very responsive to any and all needs. The apartment is absolutely beautiful however, the three of us that we’re travelling are all in our mid 70s to early 80s. One person with arthritis issues so the stairs were a bit of a problem for that person. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this apartment and would go back on my own many times over"

"Casa Cadeta provided a peaceful and beautiful rural home base for our Tuscany tour. We chose to make breakfasts and dinners in the fully equipped kitchen and make daily tours to hilltop Medieval villages, beaches, or wine tastings. At nights we enjoyed star gazing and listening to an owl and the neighbor’s donkeys. Laine was generous in sharing garden and orchard bounty and we enjoyed organic tomatoes, figs, grapes, almonds, and apples. Would love to come back!"
