"Great little bnb. Friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. Comfortable room and la the bathroom with a balcony and fantastic view. My only complaint is the bed was a bit old. "

"From the outside, this residential building presents an uninteresting proposition. Its a little hard to find, but Google maps will take you to the roght place. There is a small sign with B and B SANROCK by the door. Inside, the room is charming...freshly decorated in a modern sryle with neutral blues and grey, with modern design sink, taps and shower. "Beautiful view over the Langhe hills. Breakfast was very good but it is located at another property, 5 minutes walk (but quite steep uphill on the way back)"

"The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."

"We had a very comfortable stay at the Phi principe hotel in Cuneo. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and the location is right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and arranging transport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuneo. "
