It appears that the owner has built the place and has not put in any more funding to run and maintain the place properly. The rooms are not cleaned properly (dust and dirt and hair lying around) so it felt more like a 1.5-2 star hotel really. Swimming pool looks dirty although I do see people swimming in it.
