"Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet."

"I feel sorry for Owners..such a lovely clean hotel..but lm sure guests must mention to them about the noise..very loud..from bar just outside hotel..no sleep until then..and then roosters at 5am..but staff and hotel were great"

"Close to the water, restaurants, bars, and shops. I did not have a scooter and got around just fine. If you do have a scooter, you will need to go by the gate guards to access the hotel. Hotel provides free parking. Be sure to visit the cute pool in back!"

"Please is located in the heart of town. Very reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is great. However black ants in bathroom. Specially on sink. Even sink is clean, no food. Only problem i had is Internet is sucks. Bad Bad wifi. Many hotspots are a available with strong signals but hard time connecting. I talked to other guests and all complained about wifi. SO NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR TELEWORKERS"

"I didn’t enjoy much staying at this guest house. The breakfast options and timings are very limited; they don’t provide much toiletries (the shampoo and hand wash are mixed with water) and I just had 1 towel for the entire stay; rooms are not clean on a daily basis, although someone entered the room everyday when I was out; we were tried to be fouled with a tour that we booked through the hotel (that was even more expensive that booking it through GetYouGuide for example). Not very good...

"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Great stay, very spacious rooms, good location. The staff are excellent - can’ remember everyone’s names but Lidya and Utami were lovely. Just a few minutes walk to Seminyak square, and there's a Mini Mart about 3 mins walk in the other direction. Staff are awesome. Relatively quiet area. I was in one of the studios upstairs - the rooms are huge and so the AC struggled to get the room as cool as I hoped. Great outdoor area with a daybed which gets a great breeze."

"Great location in the center of UBUD, access majoy sites, shops and access to taxis. Pool was amazing after a long day in the sun. Surprised how quiet it was considering we were right off the main road. Great price, amazing breakfast and coffee."

"They were very patient with my questions before the stay and took time to explain in details. The villa is cozy and the staff are very hospitable, helpf and attentive to our needs. The owner greeted us on our first morning and walked us to the van! Such a warm gesture :)"

" Great location between the monkey forest and the Palace. Walking distance to restaurants, trip operators, and next door to great bar with a lovely garden and live music. But very quiet at the hotel which was perfect. The hosts are so nice and the breakfast was great."

"This resort is truly exceptional! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a refreshing cold drink and a cooling wet towel—such a thoughtful touch. The staff are incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. The level of cleanliness is unmatched; from the rooms to the common areas, there is constant attention to detail, making sure everything is spotless at all times. Every aspect of the experience is designed to make you feel pampered and well cared for, including the kids! We stayed in a Regency Club room, and it was worth every cent. The food options were abundant, and what truly stood out was the attention to my son’s dietary needs—being Coeliac, he was personally approached each day by the staff to ensure his meals were prepared separately and safely. This thoughtful and proactive service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without worrying about his food restrictions. We will return to this resort the next time we are in Bali, we loved everything about it. "

The spa Services are exceptional and we would highly recommend getting a facial or massage here. We would definitely stay here again. The pools are lovely and the area is very relaxing."
