"Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!"

"Reception was kind and welcoming, but the room (Dolcetto) was very odd. Tried to find it charming, a long cave, but it's strange. The foot of the bed is right upon the curtains on the opposite wall. Sleep was the big problem. The room sits over the socializing courtyard and restaurant. The mild thump of music continued into the evening, followed after closing by voices laughing in the courtyard below the room. The drapes are too thin to block out the light in the courtyard. "Convenient. Central location. Immaculate. Very nice breakfast. Elevator= bonus. Room was smaller than expected. Next door to delicious focaccia/pizza, many restaurants, caffè, gelato, shopping, sites, etc. 10min. Uber from Porta Susa. Very nice view/ window we had opened for air flow, but to a busy corridor of overnight activity (people walking home, teens, etc.). One of us slept through, one of us did not, just fyi.🙃"
