"Hotel is well locate from restaurants and shops. One of our rooms got this smell but the lady of the front desk gave me 2 more different choices. The assistant manager was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was improved since the last time we were there 👍👍👍👍"

"La habitación a la que llegué olía tanto a caño que tuve que solicitar que me cambiarán a una más chica, sin ajuste en el costo total de la habitación. Al día siguiente, la habitación a la que me cambiaron también olía a caño. El agua caliente fue escasa"

"Good hotel for just sleeping in. I was on business in Celaya and this was a great location to simply come to sleep and have a clean place. Not recommended for visiting with family or for vacations. Great they have a full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner."
