"The hotel service was satisfactory; I was greeted kindly and received my room without any issues. The place is comfortable, and the room is very spacious. Everything was clean, and the furniture looked well-maintained. The bed linens and towels were also quite clean, and the personal hygiene items were sufficient and of good quality. The hotel is a very pleasant old mansion, full of interesting corners and with a peculiar layout that makes the atmosphere very warm."

"This is a wonderful place to stay right in zone central in San Miguel de Allende. The staff and owner and restaurant people are all very kind and helpful. The service is excellentb The beds are comfortable, shower water is hot. The linens are clean and crisp. I came in early from a redeye flight and they let me check in early so I could get some sleep. This is my go to place now coming to San Miguel."

"Es un hotel conveniente porque está ubicado en el Centro donde todo lo de alrededor de ahí queda cerca caminado. Sin embargo, deja mucho que desear para ofrecer habitaciones tipo suites. Necesitan una remodelación urgente. Todo en la habitación es muy viejo y gastado. Incluso la ropa de cama y toallas están muy gastados, necesitan ya cambiarlos. Las toallas por ejemplo están manchadas y solo proporcionaron 2 toallas de baño que eran de diferente tamaño. No había toallas de mano en la habitación....
