"We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to be in San Juan near the airport. The house was super clean, AC was very cold, and water pressure was strong!! Iris was very responsive to my questions. Neighborhood is a working class and anyone we met was very nice and it’s a quiet area. All in all it was exactly as described and we would stay again. "

"Used this place as our base to visit family. Easy to access and close to everything in Guaynabo. Clean but basic accommodations, washer leaked a bit and some lights and electrical outlets did not work but overall was a nice and comfortable property. "

"This place had everything and then some. Close to ferry and we went to Culebra for the day. Also went to El Yunque an explored the area. The host was very responsive. Felt like home. Neighborhood was very quiet! We had a great stay."

"We absolutely loved this space! Having a full kitchen made healthy dinner prep easy...especially after a full day of snacking on street food. The reasonable price made it possible for us to stay overnight in Vieques and 1 night in Lajas, without having to drag all our luggage with us. "I can't say enough about our host ~Carol. She made sure to reach out to us before we arrived and she's super pleasant. The house was exactly what I hoped for. Simple living in a relaxed home surrounded by the nature of Puerto Rico. The yard is a haven and we enjoyed reading the visitors post on the outside walls. Be sure to appreciate the art work throughout the house and yards. And remember your bug spray. ✌️😊"

"Condo was great. Area was so green and well kept. Very secure and safe gated community. Nice bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. AC kept the place nice and cold. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Views from the condo were awesome! Just steps to the beach. Jay was amazing, more than willing to go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. "Several of us traveled to PR to attend a concert of our favorite artist at the Coca Cola Music Hall. The house was great for us and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very attentive to our questions. Great location although in a busy area we felt quite safe and secure."
