"Should have researched ahead of time what was happening in Aveiro. Ireland was playing Portugal and the night life was raucous. Settled down after 3 days. Lovely apartment, right in the heart of the city."

"The cottage is great - plenty of space for 2 people and a lovely terrace almost directly on the reservoir. We especially enjoyed the hammocks and the pool table! The furnishings are a bit dated but generally ok. If you don't like a Nespresso machine, you should bring something to make coffee. The bedrooms were very nice. The drive to the accommodation through the narrow, steep streets is a challenge, but this is probably true of all accommodation in this region. A car is absolutely necessary, as...

"Overall a very nice stay at a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to Aveiro Center for shopping, and to major highways. House is clean and comfortable, and has space and comfort even for children under 2."

"Check in was very simple. House looked exactly as the listing shows. It’s located super close to restaurants and downtown but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We had to park at a public parking area on the other side of the river and left our car there for a couple days. There was no issues with the parking besides it being about 5 minutes away. You can walk to everything in less time than you could drive. Beautiful town and great accommodations!"
