"The customer service was excellent…the GM reached out the morning of our stay to confirm we booked a ‘smoking’ room (we didn’t mean to, and she switched us to a non-smoking room). The room was also very spacious compared to similar rooms in other hotels. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was very basic (e.g., bagels, instant oatmeal, waffle maker)…no eggs/sausage, no yoghurt, no fresh fruit. "

"The bed is very comfortable and the TV is big. The hair dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and the attendant couldn’t hear me so something is wrong with the room phone. They gave me another hair dryer but it was the wall mount kind and since it was not mounted it was awkward to use. The elevator had a sour smell. "

"The staff were very friendly very clean and nice breakfast was great and the pool was amazing family had a wonderful stay thanks to toccara for the daily check ins about our stay highly recommend "

"The Days Inn is not what it used to be. The AC in my suite didn’t work well. The chair in the In the lower common area of my suite looked sooooo filthy. They should just throw it away. Water stains in the ceiling. It was icky. I’ve been going to this Days Inn since 2011 but this year it has fallen off. "
