"Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave. The only saving grace was the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but that does not make up for the dreadful conditions. I would never stay here again. Avoid this place unless...

"It is a high quality stay for the price! Everyone is friendly and helpful there. They make you feel right at home. There is free wifi (unlimited) which is hard to find in the Philippines. All the basics and then some. For a few extra bucks I recommend a higher end room. Even though it's a "hostel" my room was private with a bathroom and aircon (AC).
