"The team were friendly and helped carry our baggage up to our room; the room was average size for the Philippines and was tidy, and the bathroom was good, considering this is a budget hotel. the hotel is about a 5-minute walk up to the Oslob Whale Shark Street, where you gain entry to the water. "We enjoyed the coco restaurant a lot. The food and service were great. The fruit drinks were excellent! However, we saw a rat twice during a dinner, and a stray cat that was lingering near tables. That is unclean and unsanitary. The staff didn’t do anything about it. That is a need for improvement, especially if you want to keep international travelers enjoying their stay and recommending your resort to others. "
