"The place is clean. The guard is very friendly but we asked for someone to clean our room around 11am on the 2nd day, we went to the mall and arrive by 6pm but no house service came we asked the frontdesk but cutoff for the service is at 6pm :("

"Property is just next to a shopping mall which is very convenient for shopping. A lot of options for transportation is available. If you want to explore and and is brave enough to try the public transportation there is quite a few route that passes by the hotel. Taxis are also in abundance so its not a problem."
