"Epictesa property is very close to the beach. You can also walk to the Ocean beach if you want a wilder beach for surfing. The house is very well decorated, cosy, warm. We were two couples with 4 children Very comfortable beds and sofas. All rooms have access to the garden of about 1000 m2 through large windows. The kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils for cooking and eating, the owner provided us with a barbecue to cook and eat in the garden in wonderful weather. Ideal place to...

"Chalet très accueillant, Chantal est communicative et arrangeante . La décoration est incroyable. Le seul Bémol a été un problème avec la baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas bien, malgré l'accès sécurisé du camping, cela n'était pas plaisant. Sinon chalet très fonctionnel !!"

"Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen. Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit bei der Organisation von Fahrrädern und gaben wertvolle Informationen für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar Arcachon und die Dune de Pyla sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. "Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt in einem privaten Bereich des Campingplatzes. Die hintere Terrasse ist nicht einsehbar, so dass man absolute Privatsphäre genießen kann. Ein absoluter Vorteil im Vergleich zu den Mobilehomes, welche dicht an dicht auf dem Campingplatz stehen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos spiegeln auch die Realität wieder. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich: Viel Geschirr, Kochutensielien, wertige Kochmesser,….. Man macht alles richtig, wenn...

"Matériels cuisine usés et manque d’ustensiles de base. Clic-clac assise défoncée donc inconfortable. Câblages électriques à revoir. Place de parking réduite (surtout ne pas venir avec un break). Autrement camping calme et à proximité des accès principaux."

The property had a great communal living area which was very well equipped, three good sized bedrooms and a fabulous balcony for eating and relaxing outside looking out over the forest. Really appreciated the air conditioning. Loved the area in general and being able to choose between the lake or the ocean was great."

"Leider hat das Objekt seine besten Zeiten offensichtlich schon länger hinter sich; alles ziemlich abgewohnt und ungepflegt - abgesehen vielleicht von der erneuerten Dusche. Auch die Chipkarte für das Schwimmbad funktionierte leider nicht. Mit dem Charme und den sehr beengten Platzverhältnissen würde man die Hütte eher in den Wäldern Schwedens verorten … Unabhängig davon war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern zuverlässig und freundlich."

"Très jolie maison, confortable, proche du lac ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables, le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrais plus. Mais le voisinage est beaucoup trop exigeant sur le bruit... Plus aucun bruit souhaité après 22h et nous avons même eu une plainte pour du bruit dans la piscine à 17h. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances calme et reposante, cette maison est parfaite et je vous la recommande vivement, par contre si vous partez entre amis, n'espérez pas pouvoir faire la fête le soir...

"Property was exactly as stated on the website and was lovely and comfortable with good facilities while our host, Georges, was very helpful and if there was a slight breakdown in communication that was down to me. The pool is small but with a good depth and perfect temperature while the indoor facilities were good though with weather like we had most of your time is spent by the pool if you're not out and about. Biscarosse with its surfing beaches makes a good trip and so do the Dune du Pyla,...
