Lovely hotel in gorgeous place.
Bed really comfy and good facilities except for shower where attachment to wall was broken. Good location and love Arcachon. Pool area nice and hotel was really quiet and peaceful.

Aging beauty, but clean, comfortable and friendly
This is a lovely property in the "Ville d'Hiver" part of Arcachon. It is about a 12min walk to the city center, but it is a lovely walk thru a park or viewing gorgeous architecture. The building is a bit of a fading beauty, however, the place and rooms are very clean if dated. Comfortable beds, large rooms, quiet area. I've stayed twice and would do so again.

Le studio affecté est grand, refait à neuf et bien équipé. Certainement agréablement frais l’été car côté rue MAIS à mon arrivée début février pas chauffé du tout et vu la hauteur de plafond ! Il a fallu presque 48h pour avoir une température normale ! Peu de compréhension à l’accueil et même pas d’excuse : manque de professionnalisme !

Bra, men....
Lägenhetshotell på lugnt läge. Stort och bra rum och rymligt badrum, lämpligt även för personer som har svårt att röra sig. Tyvärr luktar badrummet kraftigt av mögel.

Superbe !
Bâtiment art déco parfaitement intégré à la ville d'hiver, la proximité du parc mauresque et de son ascenseur pour le centre ville sont un vrai plus. Les prix sont très raisonnables, le personnel extrêmement sympathique, le petit déjeuner copieux, et tout est très propre. Une découverte très agréable !

Es war für uns ,Ehepaar , ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Einen Wermutstropfen gibt es leider, im Bad war keine Steckdose.

Excellents souvenirs de ce lieu magique
L'établissement et son emplacement sont magiques. On a l'impression de vivre un moment d'histoire. Le hall et l'accueil sont magnifiques et le personnel est très accueillant. Seul bémol, le confort des logements qui méritent un rafraîchissement et une salle de bains rénové. Néanmoins, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette superbe ville d'hiver d'Arcachon.

Prix réduit= Caution retenue
A notre arrivé dans le studio , nous avons trouvé un caleçon homme dans le placard, Les étagères et meubles poussiereux, et des puces dans la literie et ou poux. A notre départ notre caution nous à été retenu, pour une soit disante odeur de tabac, c'est vrai si on n'a fumer 1 cigarette par jour , fenêtre ouverte dans le studio, du 3 ème et dernier étage alors que je suis en situation de handicape, Alors que nous avons tout passé au Sanitole le matin de notre départ. C'est un peu gonflé. Et franchement étant handicapée, je n'avais pas besoin d'être pénalisé de 250 euros en retour de vacances. Donc avis aux utilisateurs de prix attractifs, votre caution sera retenu pour n'importe quel prétexte. Dans cet établissement.
