"Great place to stay, although the pool was down and they offered no discount. If you take something from the "store" they charge your room. (Which I understand, however, when their full amenities are unavailable nothing is done to make up for that, I do understand things happen. But all corporations will take from you and expect you to pay them fully even though they are not supplying things as promised. "

"We were only there for one evening. We arrived after hours and called the after hours number. We were given very friendly guidance on our check in. My husband used the pool and enjoyed it. Other guests had a fire going in the fire pit and welcomed us to join. Very nice indoor and outdoor space. Excellent kitchen with everything we would need if we were to cook. The room was clean, newly remodeled and very nice. Breakfast at The Perfect Cup in Matlacha was excellent with friendly, small town cafe atmosphere. Loved every minute of our short stay!"

"Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nick was at the check in desk. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. Tom and Nelson were the valet attendants. They too, we’re full of helpful tips. "

"Second time staying here. Little hiccup checking in. Just make sure to contact the day before. Love the place. It's really beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is amazing. I like it better than beach front. More to watch on the bay. We saw dolphins every day. They have beach towels and chairs for those of us that fly. I left an umbrella for the next group. Funny thing though. The ceiling fan remotes are on the same frequency. So we were all turning on or off each others light or fan. You may have to Google it. No biggie though. Already planning next stay."

"The staff was amazing. They do close the pool early each night, which was disappointing. The drinks at the pools side bar were great but they are expensive. $17 each. There is construction, but it didn't bother us, not noisy at all. The pools are super clean and our villa was great. Would definitely return. "
