"Staff were great and attentive to our needs. We arrived a few minutes early, was checked in but, could not to our room because of a problem that was repaired. The staff made sure we understood what was happening in real time. It was suggested we have a drink in the restaurant which is very nice, located on the 5th floor with a view of the ocean. In a very short while our room key was brought to us and luggage was already delivered to our room. The hotel is very clean and staff very helpful and...

"The property itself is spacious, clean, and the staff are outstanding. One of my favorite places I've stayed in a while, and a great deal for the money. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, and except for a breakfast cafe, there's not much within a short walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel is happy to arrange cabs for you."

"Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic....

"The moment we arrived at the blue Zen. We were taken back by the beauty our room overlooked the shining sea, which was such a joy to wake up to every morning. Our apartment had two beds, two bathrooms and a huge eatin kitchen. The tiki bar by the pool had very good food and cocktails and wines and Mex the great bartender oh yes, made all our choices easy. The boat ride back-and-forth to the south was easy and always accessible... we really enjoyed ourselves thanks blue Zen for a great few days."
