"The bed was not clean, with dirty sheets and a blanket that had a coffee spill. I asked the receptionist twice to change the sheets and blanket, but they still didn't provide new ones. This was my third time using this hotel; previous experiences were good with no issues. However, for this third visit, I booked through a different agent, which might explain the problems I encountered. Despite this, the location is great."

And dont appreciate someone coming in, especially when we are not there and all our stuff is in the room. No elevator in the property, but thats expected in these buildings.
