"Excellent hotel but more dated than the pictures look. Rooms are large but you can hear conversations from other rooms. Great to have a beach across the road - weather permitting, of course. It's also nice to stay away from Venice island but have access to it. Ferry no. 14 is the most direct way to get to San Marco in 10 minutes, but make sure you go in the right direction. The rooftop bar is lovely when open. The only downside is the breakfast which, contrary to other reviews, was quite bland and stale and didn't have much variety. We stayed in quite a few hotels during our trip and breakfast here was one of the worst. Perhaps cleaning the breakfast area frequently could be useful as the floor used to get sticky with children splashing juice when using the juice dispenser. Another review mentioned that there was prosecco at breakfast - yes, there is for 6 euros a glass but I never saw anyone drinking it."

"2 night stay with family- location of this hotel couldn’t have been better. Quiet and clean and staff very helpful. Average breakfast but suited us fine. Eat access to all areas of Venice. The little ice cream shop at end of the lane is brilliant! "

"Excellent spot to stay on lido. Lido is just far from the mainland Venice island. There is alot of water buses that take you out there and then back to the mainland. Good spot to stay for 1-3 days. "

"This is an amazing hotel for exploring Venice, to be able to take time out during the day to relax was just what we needed. We also left our bags pre / after check in / out which made further exploration easier. The view of the canal, the sounds, the smell of the ocean all bonuses. The beds were really comfortable. We would definitely recommend. "
