"With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around! Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this house! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. While the kitchen is a bit outdated, it still had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location was fantastic - close to everything we wanted to explore. "We had an incredible stay at JCS Farms.Beautiful, clean house. Lots of space. The main floor open concept was awesome for our family gathering/celebration. It was an extremely peaceful setting. Star gazing, nature, birds, and the sunrise every morning through the kitchen doors and bedroom windows! Just a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again. Joshua was so kind and helpful! "

"We came up for a wedding. It was in a great location. We could avoid 95 traffic and get to most stores and restaurants with little traffic. Plenty of space and unique! "

An abundance of towels was a very appreciated thing. Just so you know: There is a driveway that fits two cars. "We loved our stay at this historic farmhouse in Culpeper. The location was perfect, halfway between Leesburg and Charlottesville and near central Virginia destinations. The listing and photos are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. First floor bedroom worked well for our family. Kitchen very well stocked, we even did some Christmas baking. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and parks. Yard was great for our dog. Recommended for family and friend groups who appreciate historic homes....

"We stayed at the hotel while attending an event nearby. Lisa, who manages the reception, was beyond helpful and understanding, all the details of a smooth check-in had been anticipated in advance. We had two rooms booked, and both were in a great condition: clean, spacious. The equipped kitchen was a big help in having our grandson with us. We didn't have any negative moments at the hotel at all."

"Front desk service was very helpful and friendly. Was able to get me in a little early than expected. Cabin waa clean for the most wife found a dead bug on the bed. The beds were a little hard for my liking. Maybe some foam toppers would help out. But over all we had a great time with the family. We had a total of 3 cabins rented out this weekend. "
