I needed to follow the directions and park below the hotel but instead followed the gps and wedged the rental literally between the rock and the hard place. Service bailed me out of the scrape! "Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and cozy. The bed was soft. The staff were friendly. We stayed mid October, during the off season, so the hotel restaurant was closed. "Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine. "
