"After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. ...

"Mi estancia ha sido muy buena. En varias paquinas de búsqueda del alojamiento está mal indicada la hora de la entrada. Es a las 17h. Pero el dueño ha sido muy amable y se ha resuelto el problema ( porque hemos venido mucho antes). No somos habituales clientes que utilizan este tipo de alojamientos y no sabiamos que hay que llevar ropa de la cama consigo. Pero no hay problema se alquilan sábanas por 3€. Worst reception ever and possible fraud issues

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "
