"Puzza di chiuso e muffa in camera, muffa sul muro, letto con trapunta, lenzuolo e coprimaterasso con n macchia di non so cosa, per aprire lucernario del bagno ho dovuto togliere ragnatele con insetti incorporati. Molle del letto che si sentivano nella schiena e per finire nido sul davanzale che impediva la chiusura degli antoni, non avrei mai fatto togliere il nido amo gli animali, ma le tende interne oltre che sporche non si potevano tirare per impedire un po' alla luce di entrare, alle ore 5...

"We stayed last week for 2 days in the Luxury Suite. The good things were its beautiful, isolated location, a stunning view from the vanishing edge pool, and the beautiful grounds. The suite was very spacious with a private outside sitting area. The bad thing was the non-functioning air conditioning. The outside temperature was 92F, and inside it could not get cooler than 85F. The airco came repeatedly on for 10 seconds and then shut off for a minute, while the air coming out wasn't even cold....

"No on e present to greet us. Room was barely comfortable. Felt strange with no one in residence. Poor breakfast."

"Very hard to find (had to be escorted by a local), no one there. We assumed it was a B&B. Actually, it is merely rooms and breakfast in a basement. No one lives on the premises. We arrived on a Monday, and the nearby town was closed. No dinner in sight. Very lonely and not particularly unique. One positive is the price. Lowest we paid in Italy. If you need a stop-over in Tuscany or Lazio, okay, but don't go out of your way."

"Great place to stay in between to Tuscan towns. The Saturnia Hot Springs were beautiful and free to visit. Pitigliano was a must see. Hotel is a 3 room place and the owners were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely suggest the place."

"This property is an economical choice. It was clean and basic. It has no air conditioning but has screens so that the windows can be opened. It is difficult to find but the owner came to the town locally and got us there. The area is appealing."

"Alloggio pulito ma senza bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma solo un sapone liquido dal cattivo odore. Poiché la colazione viene servita dopo le 8,30 avevo chiesto e concordato di anticipare almeno di una mezz'oretta perché dovevo partire. Pur essendo formalmente un b&b nessuno vi abitava e la persona è arrivata alle 8,30 e servito la colazione molto lentamente."
