"At Property during low season (April) so most places were closed. Dining options are better at the marina close by. Staff is very nice and helpful but communication is slow via email or Expedia messages. If you are coming by train, make sure to make arrangements for transportation before hand as it was pretty desolate. The marina close by has options for shopping and delicious restaurants."

"We booked a room with an ocean view but our view was of the highway and the back neighbours apartment block. The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. Loud noises all night from the internal piping kept us awake. We left after one night. Very bad experience."

"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. "Vi holdte 12 dages sommerferie på stedet i july/august. Stedet er meget lokalt og med mange Italienere, og hvis man har små børn med, skal man være klar over, at alt såsom underholdning foregår på Italiensk. Ellers er stedet hyggeligt, og personalet er imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Pool og stranden er også i top, og det eneste lille minus må være støjen fra vejen/ togbanen, men det vender man sig til. Kan anbefales herfra! Og igen en ekstra stjerne til personalet."

"We loved our stay at Villa Margherita from beginning to end. The on-site caretaker, Natale, was as helpful and generous as the other reviews captured, without being intrusive in the slightest. We used the pool daily, walked down into town for pastries and shopping, and were even treated to a pasta-making class by Chef Nanni, who lives up the hill. And those views! You build your day around sunrise and sunset because you don't want to miss them."
