Better pillows, more toiletries, and the courtyard lighting made it hard to sleep as only had blinds (not blackouts) and no curtains. "I can honestly say we have never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere we have stayed, and we travel a lot. The staff were so helpful and seemed genuinely interested in their guests. The dinner options were delicious and very plentiful! The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Great place, we're so happy we chose this venue!"

"The hotel is pristine and beautiful. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. However, our room was absolutely freezing. The radiator in room 1 was horrible. During the day when I took a nap before a 4 hour tasting menu, I had to sleep fully clothed with my wool scarf/hat and coat on. It was incredibly frustrating but a staff member bled our radiator so it was warmer when we got back to the hotel around midnight. My friends enjoyed the breakfast. "
